• Separated study guidance from core reading flows so AI could support reflection without interrupting the primary scripture experience.
• Built the interface around focused session states, preserving context between reading, narration, and guided notes.

Lampstand moved into beta with a fast local-first reading foundation, a complete narration library, and a study flow that supports deeper engagement without adding friction.
